High tensile Fastener is a standard material specification for alloy steel bolting under ASTM A193, for usage at high temperature and for exceptional applications. High tensile Fasteners are mechanical fastener that is commonly used with a nut for connecting two or more elements together. The joint can be easily disassembled and reassembled and hence for this reason bolts or screw fasteners are used to a greater extent than any other type of mechanical fastener. High tensile Fastener consists of a head and a cylindrical body with screw threads along a portion of its length.

High tensile Fastener is a nickel chromium alloy by means of having an accumulation of aluminum content for its outstanding resistance to corrosion and other related forms of soaring temperature oxidization.High tensile Fastener is extremely resistant to corrosion through high temperature even under stern thermal cycling. High tensile Fastener is being used in various chemical industries which are obtainable at cost effective rates. A193 Gr B16 is similar to A193 Gr B7 but the addition of vanadium enhances its holding capacity at high temperature. High tensile Fastener Material is a heat treated chromium molybdenum vanadium alloy steel with tensile strength of 860(MPa) maximum, yield strength of 725(MPa) maximum and 35HRC hardness.High tensile Fastener is suitable for applications up to 450 degree.
