Face Mills

Face mills are cutters designed to hold multiple disposable carbide inserts at the same time, which makes them versatile and cost-effective as you only need to replace the inserts rather than the entire tool. The primary use is to create a flat surface on a workpiece. This is essential for parts that require precise dimensions and smooth finishes. Facemills can be used for both roughing operations to remove large amounts of material and finishing operations for a smooth surface.

We have standard facemills using a variety of inserts such as APMT, TPKR, CNMG, etc. We also manufacture customized facemills for inserts that our customers are regularly using.

The Cutters are available in standard and non-standard sizes, thicknesses, and diameters per the customer’s requirement. We manufacture facemills ranging from diameters of 40mm to 400mm.
